Summary: As an Implementation Lead at Uber for Business, you will own the end-to-end launch strategy and execution for top client accounts, maximizing platform adoption and driving customer value. Drive impact by shaping how businesses move with Uber for Business. About the role At Uber for Business (U4B), we are simplifying the way companies move their employees, guests, and logistics. As an Implementation Lead, you will own the end\-to\-end launch strategy, execution, and initial post\-launch onboarding for top client accounts across the region. In this role, you will act as a strategic project manager and technical consultant, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Client Onboarding teams to maximize platform adoption, active user usage, and long\-term Gross Bookings (GBs). You will bridge the gap between sales closing and customer value realization, transforming client operational needs into tailored implementation plans, risk\-mitigation strategies, and seamless product integrations. This is a hybrid role \- our team collaborates in\-person out of our incredible offices three days a week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so. What You'll Do * End\-to\-End Ownership: Lead end\-to\-end launch success across accounts, designing tailored implementation plans aligned with client goals, operational setups, and risk profiles. * Post\-Launch Performance: Continuously monitor adoption and key metrics (e.g., 90\-Day Gross Bookings, Linkage Rate, MAPCs) for 2\-4 months post\-launch, providing data\-driven recommendations to ensure accounts hit their full growth potential. * Cross\-Functional Handoff \& Alignment: Enforce structured AE\-IL handoff protocols (defining primary POCs, business objectives, and kickoff alignment) to accelerate client time\-to\-value. * Technical Onboarding: Guide and complete technical account configurations, including SFTP, Concur and other automations, expense management integrations, and custom travel policy structures. * Product Expert \& Advisor: Serve as a trusted product specialist for clients and internal sales teams, showcasing deep knowledge across the full U4B product suite. * Operational Readiness: Complete administrative setups and finance applications (such as Monthly Billing Applications) smoothly and on time. * Influence \& Trust: Lead internal and external stakeholders through active project management, clear timeline execution, and transparent communication, balancing urgency with high quality. * Client Enablement: Design scalable training collateral, host interactive webinars/office hours, and facilitate tailored client workshops to drive end\-user linkage and adoption. * Voice of the Customer: Collect client feedback and technical friction points during onboarding to provide structured input to regional Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. * Work with our customers and internal teams to understand the needs and goals of each customer. Use this understanding to create mutually beneficial goals and influence the customer. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 3\+ years of client\-facing experience in Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, B2B Onboarding, or Tech Consulting (preferably in SaaS or fast\-paced technology environments). * Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal, Portuguese is a plus). * Proven Project Management Track Record: Experience managing complex client projects with multi\-threaded stakeholders, strict deadlines, and clear accountability, influencing stakeholders to drive decision\-making. * Data\-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics, interpret adoption trends, and use data to solve problems and guide customer decisions. * Strong prioritization skills \- able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing high\-value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes. * Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication * Speed, resourcefulness, and a go\-getter attitude. Preferred Qualifications * CRM \& Tools Expertise: Direct experience navigating and managing workflows in Salesforce (SFDC) and internal operations platforms. * Technical Savviness: Hands\-on experience or familiarity with SQL, APIs, SFTP integrations, and automated data feeds. * Project Management Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus. * Change Management Experience: Proven success leading organizational change initiatives within dynamic, enterprise\-level environments. * Scalable Onboarding \& 1:Many Execution: Experience conducting scalable group training sessions, webinars, or leveraging tech\-touch models to drive product adoption.
