Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about data analysis **Support Data Analyst** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Support Data Analyst to join a dynamic Data Operations team focused on ensuring data quality, resolving data discrepancies, and supporting healthcare analytics platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency while contributing to IQVIA's mission of advancing healthcare through data\-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and data\-related issues. * Investigate data discrepancies and determine root causes. * Document, communicate, and provide analysis of data quality issues. * Create and execute SQL queries for data validation and verification purposes. * Review application code and identify technical solutions or workarounds when necessary. * Monitor data trends and communicate findings and recommendations effectively. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support production operations and change requests. * Apply operational support best practices, including ITIL\-based processes. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. * Hands\-on experience with: + Databricks + Hadoop + Spark (Scala\-based environments) + PySpark (Python) + Snowflake + Kubernetes * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Hive, Impala, DBeaver, Kafka, CML, or Java. * Knowledge of healthcare data and healthcare\-related systems. * Familiarity with production support environments and operational processes. **Ideal Candidate** The successful candidate is a proactive and detail\-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis and troubleshooting.
