We are looking for a **Senior SecOps** to join our **IT** team. You will be a key player in our team; the role's objective will be maintaining the security of our constantly growing application and ensuring all our processes are secure. You will be responsible for integrating security into our operations to detect, prevent, and respond to threats in real time. This is a **hybrid** position; our offices are located in Florida, Vicente López. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Monitor and manage the security of our technology architecture, performing periodic assessments. * Implement new technologies aimed at improving architectural security. * Access control, monitoring of critical services, and vulnerability detection. * Resolve incidents to ensure system integrity and availability. * Participate in development projects by validating code security. * Propose general best practices for security, reliability, and availability, as well as general best practices for cloud environments. * Create and implement Cocos' security policies. **What do we expect from you?** * At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and knowledge of cloud infrastructure. * Experience or knowledge in application security (mobile, web), back\-end systems, micro\-services, data storage, message buses. * Interest in hardening, OWASP, threat mitigation, and forensic analysis. * Experience with network security: firewalls, VPNs, WAF, IDS/IPS. * Networking knowledge: VPC/SG, iptables, tcpdump, nmap, wireshark, others. * Knowledge of security best practices and standards. **What is it like to work at Cocos?** * We are a Fintech that doesn't believe in limits; we set challenging goals and constantly strive to improve. * We learn on the move, we're curious, agile, and love to experiment and improve. * We value every voice and idea, believing there is always something new to learn. * We have a talented, friendly team eager to build transformative things. * Our culture places financial education, innovation, and collaboration at the heart of everything we do. * And we aim not only to grow as a company but also to help our team members grow.
