This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those about to graduate, with an analytical, proactive, and project-oriented profile, seeking to launch their professional development in a high-expectation context featuring continuous learning and dedicated support. **Your Key Challenges Will Include** § Actively participate in the company’s cross-functional strategic projects, impacting various business areas. § Collaborate on process automation initiatives, technological innovation, and digital solution implementation, including AI-related projects. § Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency. § Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, engaging with diverse internal stakeholders. § Simultaneously manage multiple projects, progressively identifying alignment with specialized areas within the organization. § Present progress updates, analyses, and results to business leaders. .**Skills and Requirements Needed to Succeed** § Graduates or soon-to-graduate candidates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields. § Prior work experience (junior-level) in project-based, analytical, managerial, or process-improvement contexts is valued. § Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). § Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation or programming (Python, R, etc.) are valued. § Strong analytical capability to tackle complex problems in dynamic environments. § Autonomy, proactivity, and tolerance for ambiguity, with ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously. § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting across different business areas. § Resilient, flexible, and results-oriented profile. ### **What We Offer You** A real professional experience within a high-expectation environment — participating in impactful strategic projects and learning alongside industry-leading professionals.
