We are looking for a **Shift Supervisor** in **Pilar.** **What challenges await you?** * Ensure the proper operation of the store during your shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with Company Processes and Policies. * Coordinate the team and their tasks, allocating resources based on priorities and maximizing productivity. * Ensure appropriate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance. * Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store's administrative processes. (Inventory management/Shrinkage control/Billing/Human Resources/Maintenance). * Ensure the correct implementation of hygiene, safety, and organization standards. * Assist the Store Manager in the professional development of team members. **Requirements** * Experience in similar roles leading work teams. * Knowledge of Office suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. * Action-oriented with problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and generate trust.
