Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive Data Quality and Management Analyst to support information quality processes, manage incidents, and implement digital tools within the Agriculture team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for information quality processes and incident management 2. Participation in the implementation of digital tools 3. Information analysis and development of indicators using Power BI We are currently looking for a **Data Quality and Management Analyst** to join the Company's Agriculture team. We seek an analytical, proactive, and continuous improvement-oriented individual who will support information quality processes, manage incidents, and participate in the implementation of digital tools for the business. Key **responsibilities** include: * Information analysis and development of indicators and management dashboards (Power BI). * Control and validation of data quality from various systems and providers. * Monitoring of productive performance, identification of deviations, and generation of reports. * Incident and requirement management, tracking, and documentation with Systems teams and providers. * Updating and maintaining databases and management platforms (Agrobit, FDI, SAP, and other area applications). * Participation in the analysis, functional testing (testing), and implementation of new applications and technological developments. * Preparation and updating of procedures, functional documentation, and user manuals. * Training and support for internal users on digital tools. * Budget monitoring and administrative control of the quality team, harvest controllers, and vehicle repairs. * Coordination with Production, Administration, Systems, and provider teams to ensure information quality and availability. * Identification and implementation of process and management tool improvement opportunities. **Requirements** * Graduates or advanced students in Agricultural Engineering, Agrarian Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in similar positions within the agribusiness industry (mandatory). * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis (desirable). * Experience using agribusiness management systems (Agrobit, Auravant, FieldView, or similar). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Residence preferably in CABA. **Our value proposition:** Comprehensive health insurance (Swiss Medical) for you and your family Lunch, breakfast, and snacks ‍ Scholarship Program – we support your training and development!
