Job Summary: We are seeking a Manual QA Analyst to join our technology team, focused on manual testing of applications in agile environments, planning and executing functional tests. Collaborate with Development, PM, and functional teams **JUNIOR MANUAL QA ANALYST** At **APG CONSULTING**, we are looking for a Manual QA Analyst to join our technology team. We seek analytical, detail-oriented professionals with experience in manual application testing who wish to actively contribute to quality processes within agile work environments. * Work Mode: Hybrid (3x2\) * Location: C.A.B.A. – Núñez * Seniority: JR **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Plan, design, and execute manual functional tests. * Design test cases and validate acceptance criteria. * Identify, document, and track defects. * Generate testing evidence and documentation. * Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing. * Collaborate with Development, PM, and functional teams. * Analyze testing results and prepare reports. * Validate edge-case scenarios and unexpected behaviors. * Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards defined by the department. **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual QA / Manual Testing. * Experience documenting test cases and logging defects. * Knowledge of test types: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, etc. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Mantis, or similar. * Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Xray, or similar. * Knowledge of Scrum methodology. * Ability to read and interpret user stories and acceptance criteria. * Prior experience in the IT industry. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused profile. **Additional Assets** * Basic SQL knowledge. * Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools. * Basic UML knowledge. * Familiarity with CI/CD and basic TDD concepts. * Experience in technical support or help desk. * Courses or certifications in software testing. **Education** Advanced students or graduates of Systems or related fields: Systems Analyst, Systems Engineering, Systems Bachelor’s Degree, Technology Management, among others. **Benefits** * In-house English classes * Partnership with Educación IT and Benefits Club * Birthday leave day * Anniversary gift * Private health insurance starting from month 3 * Hybrid work mode (3x2) If you are interested in joining challenging IT projects and developing your career in software quality, we want to meet you! **We invite you to apply through this channel or send your CV by email to:** nalbanese@apg\-consulting.com **In the email subject line, please indicate:** QA Analyst **In the email body, please specify:** desired compensation and current residence – (City \+ Neighborhood) **We look forward to hearing from you!** Salary: $1\.500\.000,00 \- $2\.000\.000,00 per month Application Questions: * What is your desired gross compensation? * How many years of experience do you have in Manual QA / Manual Testing? * What is your current residence?
