Position Summary: We are seeking a Prediction Analyst – Cash Business to analyze ATM network behavior and generate cash demand forecasts. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Prediction Analyst – Cash Business** to join our ATM Operations team, focusing on cash demand analysis and forecasting for the ATM network. #### **Primary Role Objective:** You will be responsible for analyzing ATM network behavior and generating cash demand forecasts, transforming data into strategic information to improve operational availability, reduce deviations, and optimize service delivery to banking customers. The role involves ongoing interaction with operational, analytical, and regional departments, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting and predictive models and processes. #### **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** * Analyzing historical data and developing cash demand forecasts. * Monitoring and adjusting forecasting and prediction models. * Identifying deviations, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Providing analytical support to ATM operations. * Using operational analysis and monitoring tools such as ICOM. * Preparing reports and communicating insights to the business. * Participating in process, tool, and predictive model improvements. * Collaborating with regional teams, ATM Operations, Administration, and IT. ### **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Experience in data analysis, forecasting, or demand prediction. * Ability to handle large volumes of information. * Knowledge of data analysis and time series analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical/BI tools. * SQL knowledge (desirable). * Students or graduates in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (desirable). * Analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to translate data into actionable insights for operations and business. Employment modality: Hybrid model — Monday to Thursday onsite at Nazca offices, Friday remote work. Current working hours: 12:00–21:00 (subject to potential future adjustment to 09:00–18:00).
