Coordinate periodic inspections and predictive analyses to minimize unplanned downtime. * **Team and Personnel Supervision:** Lead, develop, and mentor the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Train personnel on safe procedures and best maintenance practices. * **Resource and Budget Management:** Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and materials. Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs, critical spare parts, and external service contracts. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with industrial safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits related to maintenance. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement management indicators (KPIs) such as availability, reliability, and maintenance plan adherence. Propose technological improvements and projects to enhance operational efficiency.
