The position reports to regional/global structures and works closely with Human Resources, Legal, Industrial Operations, and business leaders. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement the Labor Relations strategy for the Argentine operation, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global policies. * Lead collective bargaining processes, labor union relations, and collective agreement management, with a preventive and strategic focus. * Represent the company before labor authorities, regulatory bodies, inspections, and conciliation proceedings. * Manage complex labor disputes, promoting sustainable labor relations, a climate of trust, and effective communication. * Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, compensation and benefits frameworks, adapting global practices to the Argentine context. * Act as a strategic partner to local and regional leadership on transformation initiatives, organizational change, and cross-functional projects. * Collaborate with regional and global teams, sharing best practices and contributing local expertise. * Prepare Labor Relations reports, KPIs, and insights to support executive decision-making. * Lead and develop the local Labor Relations team, driving high performance standards and a collaborative culture. **Required Technical Profile** * University degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Labor Relations, preferably within multinational companies with international operations. * Solid knowledge of the Argentine labor framework: current legislation, collective bargaining, labor union relations, inspections, and trade union representation. * Strong negotiation, leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills in complex environments. * Strategic vision, ability to balance local and global agendas, and capacity to lead in times of change. * Advanced / fluent English (spoken and written), with constant interaction with regional and global teams.
