In this role, you will transform everyday tasks into actions that directly impact the experience of our patients and customers. **Responsibilities** * Analyze current accounts of low-criticality suppliers and register their invoices in the system to appropriately support the timely and accurate payment process to suppliers. * Analyze, monitor, track, and record invoices from low-criticality suppliers in the management system. * Monitor the due dates of advance payment invoices to suppliers. * Manage, analyze, and monitor assigned current accounts. * Collaborate with your Coordinator and team to resolve potential conflicts that may arise and risk service continuity and/or material deliveries. * Analyze and propose alternative solutions to supplier accounts-related issues. * Provide telephone and in-person support to suppliers and internal customers from other departments. * File necessary claims with other company departments to ensure compliance with requirements regarding service acceptance confirmations, material receipts, and authorizations—enabling pending invoices to be settled. **Requirements** * Undergraduate student (early or intermediate stage) in Economics or related fields. * Experience performing administrative tasks. **Benefits** ️ Health insurance coverage for you and your immediate family.
