Payroll Analyst** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for Puerto Rico and AES US Generation companies. * Receive bi-weekly HR updates from HRBPs and the HR Admin team, along with corresponding analysis. * Process Timecards in Workday for Puerto Rico. * Download labor hour data from the SAP system for US Gen. * Perform bulk data uploads into the Workforce Now system. * Prepare reconciliations. * Prepare post-payroll invoices. * Generate ad hoc reports and conduct quarterly audits. **Position Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced student pursuing a degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources/Labor Relations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processes (preferred). * Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory). * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. **We improve the lives of over 10\+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
