Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented IT Support / Helpdesk professional to serve as the first point of contact, delivering comprehensive support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. First IT point of contact for comprehensive user support 2. Equipment configuration, user management, network and telephony support 3. Hardware/software troubleshooting, ticket management, and migrations Job Description: Experis Argentina is currently looking for an **IT Support** **/ Helpdesk** professional for a leading company in the industrial sector. Required Knowledge / Technical Skills: * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk. * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365\. * Proactive, curious, and service-oriented profile. * Proximity to Don Torcuato (mandatory). **What Will You Do?** You will serve as the first IT point of contact, supporting over 120 users: * Equipment and microcomputer configuration. * User onboarding and management in Active Directory / Azure AD. * Network, telephony, and VoIP support. * Ticket management and updates (ServiceNow or similar). * Hardware and software troubleshooting. * Support for migrations and meetings.
