If you are studying **Computer Science and/or Systems Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering**, and have completed more than 50% of your degree (including final exams), we have an opening for you as an **IT Human Resources Trainee** to work at our **Retiro offices**. Main Responsibilities: This position will focus on functional support for Human Resources applications, primarily SAP SuccessFactors — a cloud-based platform used to manage Recruitment and Selection processes. Additionally, it will provide support for other internal systems related to people management. * Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, especially for Recruitment and Selection processes. * Support other HR systems, such as Vacation and Leave Management and Flexible Work Programs. * Manage and resolve inquiries and incidents via the ticketing system. * Interact with Human Resources users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. * Coordinate with external support vendors for tracking and resolution of technical or functional issues.
