The person in this role will be challenged to transform data from diverse sources into strategic information, collaborating across various company departments to drive a data\-driven culture with positive impact. **Position Objective:** Improve predictability, efficiency, and transparency of third-party-related costs by orchestrating and providing visibility into supplier consumption. Act as a key liaison, aligning technical teams with departments such as Procurement, Information Security, and Finance to reduce operational friction and facilitate decision-making. **What We Expect From You:** * Solid experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control. * Prior experience working with IT or technology service providers. * Strong analytical capability and ability to generate reports. * Knowledge of supplier governance models and IT service delivery frameworks. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Profile oriented toward control, order, and efficiency. **Your Key Challenges:** * Consolidate and monitor supplier budgets for the area. * Track actual versus forecasted costs (actuals vs. forecast), identifying variances and optimization opportunities. * Define and measure internal and supplier service-level indicators (SLAs). * Manage day-to-day operational relationships with suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance. * Coordinate with internal teams on procurement workflows and supplier onboarding to ensure alignment and predictability. * Manage trainings, events, and consumptions related to third-party relationships. * Generate clear, actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
