If you are a **Computer Science or Systems Engineering student**, we have an opportunity for you as a **Trainee (PEO)** to work at our **Retiro offices**. You will be part of initiatives related to improving digital commercial processes, collaborating on the development and optimization of the Marketplace portal within a dynamic and challenging environment. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Analyze commercial processes and identify business needs related to the Marketplace portal. ✔ Understand how products are marketed to translate requirements into functional developments. ✔ Act as a liaison between users and developers, communicating needs and tracking solutions. ✔ Provide functional support and collaborate in resolving application incidents. ✔ Identify platform defects or deviations and work with the development team to define solutions. ✔ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing user experience and associated commercial processes. **Requirements:** Computer Science or Systems Engineering student, having completed and passed at least **50% of the degree program including final exams**, and with **one and a half to two years remaining in the program**. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. SQL knowledge is a plus. Development and programming knowledge is a plus.
