Your mission will be to provide reliable analytical insights and financial support for strategic decision-making, contributing to the profitability and sustainability of the business in the region. **Candidate** As a Controlling Consultant, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing business performance, comparing actual results against planned targets—covering pricing, volumes, costs, and profitability. You will assess key performance indicators and macroeconomic variables across South America—particularly in Argentina—to understand their impact on business performance. Based on these analyses, you will translate findings into actionable recommendations that ensure long-term profitability and sustainability. You will also support forecasting, monthly closings, reporting, and leadership presentations, ensuring compliance with BASF policies and procedures. To succeed in this role, you must have at least three years of experience in controlling or performance analysis, a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, and advanced English proficiency (Portuguese is desirable). **Requirements:** Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate qualifications in Finance or an MBA are highly valued. Advanced English proficiency and expertise in graphical presentation tools. Expert-level proficiency in SAP (CO, FI) and advanced skills in Power BI are essential.
