This role will have a direct impact on the company's digital transformation, ensuring sustainable value capture, Total Cost of Acquisition optimization, and management of technological and contractual risks. **WHAT DO WE VALUE AS A DIFFERENTIATOR?** * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, or IT procurement. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of IT contracting models such as SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, software, services, or infrastructure. (Mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP / Ariba. (Mandatory) * Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. (Mandatory) * Experience negotiating with local and/or global strategic suppliers. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES?** * Lead complex tendering processes, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ. * Analyze, tabulate, and compare technical\-economic proposals to identify the best value alternative. * Design negotiation strategies based on benchmarking, cost models, and TCO. * Negotiate with local and global technology suppliers, developing long-term relationships. * Design, analyze, and negotiate technology contracts jointly with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. * Ensure compliance, risk management, and performance indicators across procurement processes. **JOB INFORMATION:** Workplace: YPF Tower, Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
