Fleet administration and development for transporters Grain Collection Assistant Apply Now **Date:** Jul 8, 2026 **Location:** Bandera, AR, 3064 **Company:** Bunge **City:** Bandera, Santiago del Estero (AR\-G)**Country:** Argentina (AR)**Requisition Number:** 46490 At **Bunge**, we are seeking a **Grain Collection Assistant** to join our team and support the comprehensive management of grain collection operations, collaborating with Commercial, Logistics, Maintenance, and Safety departments to ensure safe, efficient, and continuously improving operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide logistical support to commercial and operations teams across the grain collection network. * Plan and manage logistical resources. * Coordinate daily grain pickup operations (soybeans, corn, wheat, sunflower, and specialty crops), considering: Harvest volumes; Weather windows; Industrial capacity. * Contract and negotiate transportation rates. * Coordinate truck dispatches to farms, including required documentation. * Administer and develop the transporter fleet (onboarding, offboarding, and tracking). * Manage logistical and operational documentation. * Verify cargo unloading and manage payment processing for transporters. * Maintain close relationships with producers and transporters, resolving operational deviations. * Conduct local market research (e.g., analyze traffic flows, competitor freight rates, potential conflicts, opportunities, etc.) **Required Profile** * Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Preferred: Tertiary or university degree in Logistics, Agronomy, or related fields. * Proficiency in IT tools: Excel (basic/intermediate level); Management systems (SAP or similar – preferred) * Knowledge of agribusiness/logistics (valued). **Location** Bandera, Santiago del Estero.
