Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Latam Approvals Team to provide support, liaise with approvers, and assist with data entry and issue resolution. Opportunities to work in a global and innovative environment. * Customer service representative to provide support for Approvals Team Latam * Provide support and contact approvers in different geographies within Latin America, following & requesting their prompt action and reviewing forms @BuyNow tool, having in mind Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance. * Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems (standard and nonstandard). * Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
