Job Summary: At GLEX, we are seeking a Regional Controller to lead management control, financial planning, and performance analysis within an environment transitioning toward digital financial services. At GLEX, we are currently leading the search for a Regional Controller to join the Finance team of a company with strong regional presence, which is actively driving a strategic transformation toward digital financial services and payment solutions. This search targets professionals currently serving in Senior Management Control, FP\&A, or Financial Planning roles who seek to advance their careers by assuming their first regional role—with team leadership responsibilities, greater business exposure, and direct involvement in decision-making alongside the CFO. We seek professionals with a solid foundation in financial analysis, management control, and planning—combined with business acumen, analytical capability, and enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic, regional, and transformative environment. **Location:** Buenos Aires, Argentina **Regional scope:** Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia **Team size:** 2–3 people Direct reporting line to the CFO What will be your challenge? Lead the Regional Management Control process, ensuring reliable and timely financial information for decision-making. Coordinate and consolidate Budget and Rolling Forecast processes across the region’s various business units. Design, monitor, and analyze management KPIs, profitability, productivity, and efficiency metrics. Analyze financial results, identify variances, and propose business improvement opportunities. Prepare executive reports and presentations for the CFO and senior leadership. Lead a small Management Control team, promoting a results-oriented and continuous improvement culture. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and corporate teams across multiple countries. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and financial transformation projects. **We are looking for professionals with:** Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Senior Management Control, FP\&A, Financial Planning, or related roles. Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, financial analysis, and management KPI tracking. Knowledge of accounting processes, financial analysis, and managerial reporting. Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional projects will be highly valued. Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SAP, or data visualization tools are considered a plus. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is valued. What does this position offer?
