Support leaders in team management and development Paraná, Entre Ríos At Grupo Dinamis, we are looking for an HR Soft Analyst to join a leading company in the city of Paraná. We seek a candidate with a strong people development orientation, interested in creating positive experiences within the organization and supporting teams through their various challenges. The role has a distinctly soft profile, focusing on climate and culture, development, training, internal communication, and leadership support. Key Challenges • Participate in initiatives related to climate, culture, and employee engagement • Design and support training and development activities • Provide support to leaders in managing and developing their teams • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes • Collaborate in implementing People Management policies and projects • Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience • Develop proposals that foster a positive work environment and a healthy organizational culture Requirements: What Are We Looking For? • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably with a soft focus • Experience in recruitment, training, development, and organizational climate initiatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • Knowledge of Argentine labor legislation • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship skills • Residence in Paraná (desirable)
