This team is responsible for delivering and supporting critical digital solutions that enable MetLife's operations across Latin America, including vendor payment systems, expense management, and HR onboarding platforms. We are a collaborative, agile team that partners directly with business stakeholders to transform how MetLife serves its vendors and employees across the region. The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining business\-critical applications that streamline MetLife's procurement and financial operations across 7 Latin American countries. The Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for end\-to\-end application development and ensuring 99\.9% uptime for production systems.
