This role will focus primarily on data visualization and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to transform data into actionable business insights. ### **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics roles * Strong hands\-on experience with Power BI visualization and dashboard development * Experience working with data from multiple sources and complex datasets * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud\-based data platforms * Good understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ### **Bonus points:** * Experience with SQL and data transformation tools * Exposure to Azure data services or ETL pipelines * Experience working in fast\-paced or consulting environments ### **Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports * Create clear and effective data visualizations for business users * Work with data coming from multiple sources integrated through Microsoft Fabric * Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand reporting requirements * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports * Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of existing dashboards By joining our team, you'll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other's strengths and celebrates every success together.
