This role is critical for designing, implementing, and maintaining technological solutions that support the company’s administrative and operational systems, ensuring adherence to defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate identification and analysis of requirements with users and business areas. * Lead development teams and external consultants in executing IT projects. * Validate projects and technical solutions considering scope, architecture, costs, and timelines. * Ensure project scope adherence by managing changes and priorities. * Monitor project progress, guaranteeing timely delivery and quality of deliverables. * Coordinate user approvals at each project stage and document agreements. * Support project transition to operations and system implementation. * Coordinate support and resolution of high-complexity incidents in production systems. * Participate in user training and support during go-live. **Required Technical Profile** * Completed university degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Development**, or related fields. * Prior experience of **3–5 years** in similar technical coordination/leadership roles. * Solid knowledge of: + Systems architecture + Information security + Databases and infrastructure + IT governance (ITIL / COBIT) + Integrated management systems + Automation and digital transformation + Business strategy applied to IT * Experience leading teams and coordinating external vendors. * Language proficiency: + **Advanced English (mandatory)** Location: San Isidro At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers with consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world.
