We are currently undergoing a phase of reorganization and preparation for our company’s growth, and we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support this growth vision. Job Description: Perform operational tasks within the fruit and vegetable warehouse, ensuring proper receipt, storage, rotation, and preparation of products while maintaining the company’s established standards of quality, order, and cleanliness. * Stock control, goods receipt, and quality control. * Use of management software and Excel for recording movements and processes. * Order picking and assembly. * Operation of pallet trucks and movement of goods within the warehouse. * Preparation of operational reports (movements, production, losses). * Collaboration in coordinating production-related tasks. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehouses, distribution centers, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of management systems and reporting tools. * Ability to handle loads and operate pallet trucks. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation.
