In this role, you will be responsible for driving talent development in Argentina and Uruguay through comprehensive management of training initiatives, ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligned with business strategy. End-to-end management of training and development initiatives: needs assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of the Annual Plan. Design and coordinate training proposals with external providers, including scheduling, communications, registrations, attendance tracking, and materials. Participate in executive programs by coordinating with universities and managing admission and documentation processes. Analyze area metrics (ARG/UY), prepare reports, and support decision-making. Administer language programs and monitor the training budget (planning, forecasting, and closing). Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires. We are the world’s largest bottler by sales volume. Requirements **What do we need from you to be part of this journey?:** ✈ Academic background: Advanced students or graduates in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Training, Development, or Talent Management. Proficiency in computer tools: PowerPoint and Excel. Desired knowledge in BI/IA and SAP. Work locations: Nueva Pompeya. Availability to work Monday through Friday. Schedule: Flexible Hybrid. Languages: Intermediate English.
