




Position Summary: Ecolab is seeking a Sr. Procurement Representative for the Procurement CSP Latin America team, responsible for managing framework agreements, purchase orders, and supplier evaluations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages framework agreements and purchase orders in indirect categories 2. Leads the Supplier Performance Evaluation process 3. Supports data projects and audits in the Procurement area At **Ecolab**, we are looking for a **Sr.** **Procurement Representative** to join the **Procurement CSP** **Latin America** team. **What will you do?** * Create and update framework agreements for the indirect category * Load new material information into the system * Review and issue purchase orders in the indirect category, ensuring they are complete and accurate * Provide the monthly cost report (PP2\) to ensure accurate pricing in EBS * Identify blocked invoices and resolve corresponding payments * Review all new supplier onboarding requests and confirm that all supporting documentation has been obtained * Review and lead the Supplier Performance Evaluation process * Manage internal KPIs * Execute and support data-related projects, including data cleansing and process improvements * Support audits in the Procurement area **What are we looking for?** * Advanced students and/or graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Two years of experience in master data transactions, procurement, shared services, finance, supply chain operations, or related fields * Proficiency with Office applications, Excel, and databases * Intermediate level of English and/or Portuguese * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a procurement or shared services environment (preferred) * Knowledge of Power BI (preferred) **What will you need?** * Demonstrated clear communication skills and strong presentation abilities * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and processes * Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments * Strong work ethic and high level of integrity * Good organizational and time management skills **Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Belonging Culture** Ecolab is committed to treating all employees and applicants fairly and equally, and to promoting equal employment opportunity principles.
