Position Summary: This role leads, motivates, and guides teams; coordinates field services; manages human and technical resources; and delivers specialized customer support—ensuring achievement of objectives. Planning and Reporting * Responsible for downloading information from the control system and updating software. * Plans, manages, and maintains tools and machinery required for service operations, ensuring availability upon request. * Prepares and submits spare parts requests for scheduled work based on accumulated operating hours of equipment components. (PE \- Mechanical) Customer Service * Assists customers with their product/equipment/processes under the service contract scope and suggests potential improvements. * Applies specialized knowledge to resolve common issues for our customers. Collaboration with Other Teams and Divisions * Attends local training sessions. * May be nominated for factory training if identified as high-potential (HiPo). **English proficiency is mandatory.** Supervision / Coaching * Assigns tasks to the Operational Supervisor and field team, guiding or advising them during execution. * Shares/transfers knowledge with colleagues to build expertise and capabilities within the Technical Service area. * Acts as a peer coach supporting Operational Service Supervisors. * Supports internal personnel administration processes (Workday). * Notifies the Contract Manager of any deviations arising in work roster scheduling. * Ensures compliance with current EHS/360 reporting requirements and proper hazard identification documentation.
