At Apertus, we are currently seeking a SHIFT COORDINATOR for our client, a renowned gastronomic company in the city of Mar del Plata. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational functioning during their work shift. Main responsibilities · Monitor task distribution and employee operations during the shift. · Supervise excellent customer service and client satisfaction. · Ensure cleanliness, organization, and the overall environment of the dining area. · Monitor team members' personal hygiene and correct uniform usage. Required skills · Ability to manage inventory and place supplier orders. · Proficiency with computer tools (no prior experience required, but aptitude for use is necessary): · Gastronomic software Toteat or similar. · Zeus system for factory orders. · Excel for inventory input and shift reporting. Additional requirements: Age: between 25 and 35 years old Proven experience in the gastronomic industry and personnel management. Experience using gastronomic management systems and Excel.
