




Job Summary: Quality Assistant to ensure that food products meet quality standards and current regulatory requirements, by monitoring the production process and food safety. Promote good hygiene and manufacturing practices. **Job Search | Quality Assistant** We are seeking a candidate whose objective is to ensure that manufactured and handled food products are safe, comply with predefined quality standards and current regulations (C.A.A.), through control, recording, and follow-up of actions related to product safety and quality. **Work Schedule** Afternoon–night shift Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. **Responsibilities:** **Production Process Monitoring** * Monitor daily production, from preparation through dispatch. * Control portioning, assembly, labeling, and presentation of products. * Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions. * Record controls and follow up on incidents. * Verify compliance with established parameters (times, temperatures, working conditions). **Hygiene, Safety, and Good Practices** * Ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the facility. * Monitor and verify compliance with quality procedures: GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and POES. * Supervise cleaning and disinfection routines for equipment and facilities. * Assess contamination risks and propose preventive improvements. * Conduct microbiological testing of surfaces, equipment, and personnel according to internal scheduling. * Monitor critical control points such as cooking, cooling, and storage. **Raw Materials and Traceability** * Verify incoming material conditions (status, temperature, documentation). * Manage identification and traceability of raw materials and finished products. * Maintain updated records and documentation for suppliers. * Intervene in supplier-related deviations and follow up on complaints. **Finished Product and Delivery** * Monitor conditions of finished products, including storage and preservation. * Ensure accurate labeling (dates, batch numbers, mandatory information). * Assist in analyzing and resolving customer complaints. **Management and Continuous Improvement** * Participate in updating procedures and records. * Collaborate in internal audits and inspections. * Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement. * Support implementation of process improvements in production. **Team Collaboration** * Provide operational staff with support on quality- and hygiene-related matters. * Participate in internal training sessions. * Promote good practices within the kitchen and production areas. **Requirements** * Education in food science (technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, engineering, or related field). *(Mandatory)* * Experience in the food industry. *(Mandatory)* * Leadership skills. * Residence in Lomas de Zamora or nearby areas. *(Mandatory)* * Availability for afternoon–night shifts Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. *(Mandatory)* Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Please state your net salary expectation. * Do you have experience similar to that described in this job posting? * Do you hold a degree in Food Science?
