Position Summary: We are seeking Production Line Supervisors to coordinate and lead teams, organize and supervise tasks, control production processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. At Manage Resources, we are currently looking for 2 Production Line Supervisors to join permanently a major industry located in Marcos Paz, Buenos Aires. Work Mode: On-site Location: Marcos Paz, Buenos Aires **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and lead work teams. Organize and supervise tasks in the assigned sector (e.g., frozen foods, packaging, sausages, etc.). Monitor production processes. Ensure compliance with process manuals and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Supervise hygiene and cleanliness in the sector. **Requirements:** ✅ Experience leading teams of more than 20 people. ✅ Experience in production sectors such as frozen foods, packaging, sausages, or similar. ✅ Experience in food industries is preferred. ✅ Personal transportation (MANDATORY). ✅ Residency in Marcos Paz or nearby areas, or easy access to the location.
