Quality control of plates prior to printing We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically experienced **Polymer Mounter** to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and mounting clichés or plates onto cylinders or sleeves, ensuring maximum precision for flexographic printing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Mount photopolymers following work order specifications. * Verify alignment and registration to prevent press errors. * Conduct quality control of plates before delivery to printing. * Maintain and clean mounting equipment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the **flexible packaging** industry (preferred). * Technical knowledge of polymeric materials and mounting adhesives. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and color registers. * Meticulous individual with excellent visual acuity.
