This position will play a key role in executing, organizing, and continuously improving processes related to* ***contracts, billing, reporting, operational automation, and data quality****, collaborating cross-functionally with* ***Sales, Operations, Billing, and Finance****.* *The goal is to ensure Mindtech’s critical operational processes run with order, traceability, and efficiency—enhancing contract management, billing, internal system data quality, and the availability of metrics for decision-making.* ### **Requirements** * *2\+ years of experience in operations, administration, revenue operations, sales operations, finance operations, or similar roles.* * *Experience working with* ***contracts****, document tracking, and deadline monitoring.* * *Proficiency in* ***HubSpot*** *for reporting, dashboards, and data quality (preferred).* * *Proficiency in* ***Monday.com*** *for operational tracking and automations (preferred).* * *Experience participating in* ***billing*** *processes and administrative controls.* * *Analytical, organized, and highly detail-oriented profile.* * *Strong communication skills to interact with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.* * *Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.* ### **Responsibilities** * Draft contracts using existing templates. * Manage contract sending, signature tracking, storage, expiration dates, and alerts. * Maintain and build automations in **Monday.com** to improve operational workflows and reduce manual tasks. * Design, document, and optimize processes for **Sales, Operations, and Billing**. * Ensure data integrity across internal systems, contracts, and operational dashboards. * Build and maintain dynamic reports, dashboards, and KPIs in **HubSpot, Monday**, and other management tools. * Perform commercial data cleansing and validation to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. * Participate in billing processes—both **accounts receivable and accounts payable**—ensuring traceability and adherence to deadlines. * Support global billing process improvements across **HubSpot and Monday**. ### **We Offer** * Hybrid work in the Northern Zone (Vicente López) * Salary in USD
