Roga Chef S.A. is currently seeking KITCHEN ASSISTANTS for its services in Hospitals and Universities. The KITCHEN ASSISTANT position's main responsibility is to assist the Chef in producing the final product while complying with established regulations. Key responsibilities include: * Perform mise en place * Carry out simple food preparations: boiling, salads, cooking, etc. * Clean work station and work area * Receive raw materials * Apply and comply with GMP and SOPs throughout the entire process * Assist with tasks assigned to the responsible Chef * Plating and final presentation of the finished product * Preparation of sandwiches and desserts * Participate in training sessions and implement acquired knowledge Requirements: \- Previous experience in similar roles \- Flexible availability \- EXCLUSIVE: Must have completed studies in Gastronomy Job type: Full-time Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1,000,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
