We are currently looking for **maintenance and cleaning workers** for one of our main clients located in **Mar del Plata.** We focus on responsible profiles capable of performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks within the company. The ideal candidate must have manual skills and be able to work in an industrial environment. **Main responsibilities:** * **Plant cleaning (male personnel):** cleaning in production areas and at height, office cleaning, cafeteria cleaning, pathway sweeping, signboard cleaning, locker rooms, restrooms, operation of machines, pallet trucks and shovels, etc. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar tasks within industrial environments. * Knowledge and experience in operating cleaning machines and equipment. * Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines. * Experience operating a forklift / Clark (desirable). * Ability to work with cleaning tools and equipment. * Capacity to follow instructions and work efficiently. * Commitment to safety and compliance with labor regulations. **Schedule: 4-day shift of 12 hours each (6 am to 6 pm / 6 pm to 6 am), 4 days off.** **Salary: Commensurate with the position.** **On-site cafeteria.** **Immediate hiring** Job type: Full-time Salary: $750\.000,00 \- $800\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
