We are seeking a Flexographic Printing Specialist to produce high-quality prints on various substrates (BOPP, PE, PET, Paper), meeting the client-defined color and registration standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Machine Setup:** Mounting of photopolymer plates (clichés), ink preparation, and pressure adjustment. * **Color Management:** Color matching (Pantone), viscosity control, and ink handling (solvent-based, water-based, or UV inks). * **Process Control:** Adjustment of longitudinal and lateral register during production runs, control of corona treatment, and web tension management. * **Quality Assurance:** Continuous monitoring of print quality using stroboscopes or video inspection systems to detect defects (ghosting, mottling, registration errors). * **Cleaning:** Preventive maintenance of anilox rollers and cleaning of the printing unit upon job completion. **Technical Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years operating flexographic printing machines (Preferred: Central impression 6- or 8-color presses). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency with viscometers, densitometers, and spectrophotometers. * **Substrates:** Experience printing on flexible films (laminates, polyethylenes). * **Education:** Technical secondary education or specialized courses in graphic arts/flexography (preferred). * **Skills:** Excellent visual color perception and attention to detail.
