We are seeking an experienced **Flexographic Printer** to operate and manage our machines dedicated to printing on plastic substrates. Key Responsibilities: * **Setup and Operation:** Mount, adjust, and operate the flexographic press (primarily using solvent/water-based inks). * **Color Management:** Prepare and adjust inks, ensuring strict compliance with color specifications and proper handling of **colorimetry** (using spectrophotometer/densitometer). * **Quality and Registration:** Ensure **perfect registration** and consistent print quality throughout the run, minimizing waste and defects. * **Maintenance:** Perform mounting and dismounting of **printing plates**, cleaning of anilox rolls, and daily preventive maintenance of the machine. * **Production Control:** Accurately read, interpret, and execute work orders and specification sheets. What We Are Looking For? * **Experience:** Minimum **3 to 5 years of recent experience** as a Flexographic Printer. * **Sector:** **Mandatory** experience in printing on **flexible materials** (polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, laminates). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in adjusting pressure, registration, and web tension. Solid understanding of printing parameters and substrate properties. * **Skills:** Ability to troubleshoot common machine and printing issues (scoring, banding, dot gain). * **Availability:** **Required** availability to work **rotating shifts** (morning, afternoon, and/or night).
