We are seeking an Extrusion Operator with technical expertise to lead the plastic film manufacturing process, ensuring the required quality standards, thickness, and strength for the flexible packaging industry. **Key Responsibilities** * **Setup:** Configuration and startup of extruders. * **Process Control:** Monitoring of temperatures, melt pressures, and adjustment of thickness profiles (automatic or manual). * **Material Management:** Preparation and loading of blends, handling of polymers (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE), and dosing of masterbatches/additives. * **Quality Assurance:** Performing dimensional inspections (micron measurements), tensile tests, and corona treatment. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Cleaning of filters and dies, and reporting of mechanical/electrical failures. **Technical Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in blown film or cast film extrusion. * **Education:** Technical secondary education (preferred: Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Plastics Engineering). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in using measurement instruments (micrometer) and understanding production technical data sheets. * **Competencies:** Ability to solve problems on the production line and focus on waste reduction (scrap).
