Your day-to-day responsibilities * Maintain customer databases by managing creations, reactivations, blocks, and modifications in the SAP system; * Perform various types of controls (data integrity analysis reports, monthly KPI/SLA reports, data cleansing and standardization processes, etc.); * Identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency (e.g., automations); among other tasks. We are looking for * Advanced undergraduate student or recent graduate in Economics or Systems Engineering (mandatory); * Experience in similar roles within Finance or Systems departments (mandatory); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel is mandatory); knowledge of SAP, Winshuttle, Power Query, and/or Power BI is a plus; * Advanced/fluent English language skills (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus; * Candidates with excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, teamwork orientation, proactivity, organization, strong customer focus, and results-driven mindset will be highly valued.
