Emphasis on responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork A prominent construction company is actively seeking construction assistants or skilled workers to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * General assistance in building maintenance tasks. * Following instructions provided by construction foremen and supervisors. * Assisting work crews: loading, unloading, and transporting materials; preparing work areas; preparing preliminary site setups as instructed. * Performing minor delegated tasks as instructed. * Complying with occupational safety responsibilities and regulations. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. * Collaborating on tasks to meet project schedules. * Monitoring materials and quantities on site. **Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years on construction sites (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of masonry and manual tool handling (mandatory). * Full-time availability, including overtime. * Residence in the Northern Zone or nearby areas. * Responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork. **Skills and Competencies:** * Professional appearance and effective communication * Ability to learn * Organization and neatness **Work Location:** Northern Zone and construction sites as required. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. **Employment Conditions:** Indefinite-term contract.
