A Banquet Setup team member provides essential operational support for hotel events and internal functions. This position ensures that event spaces and service areas are properly set up and dismantled, maintaining order to enhance the guest experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for setting up and dismantling event halls, including tables, chairs, linens, buffet areas, and service equipment. * Assist in internal hotel events, ensuring timely and organized execution. * Maintain cleanliness and order of internal service spaces and areas. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the Banquets Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in hospitality or events. * Ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture and equipment. * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Responsibility, punctuality, and flexibility. * Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
