Assist the control room operator with required field maneuvers. Support the water and effluent plant operator, provided it does not interfere with their primary responsibilities. Transfer acquired knowledge to the water and effluent treatment operator for training toward this position. Carry out all activities in compliance with the Integrated Management System of the Timbúes Industrial Complex (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP+, 2BSvs, RTRS standards) and applicable regulatory requirements governing atmospheric emission limits. Engage with gas market requirements and electricity generation and distribution activities relevant to the process. The person appointed to this position will be responsible for: Understanding the operation and control of basic variables in river water clarification and filtration, filtered water demineralization, and effluent treatment from the complex. Correct or report deviations affecting process quality or continuity. Successfully operating and controlling the basic and field variables of steam and electrical power generation processes. Assisting the control room operator with required field maneuvers. Understanding the operation of medium- and high-pressure boilers, steam lines, condensate lines, and fuel systems. Understanding the operation and control of variables and operational events in electrical power, steam, air, water, and effluent generation processes via SCADA or similar systems. Guide operational activities in the aforementioned sectors using data obtained from SCADA. Report and keep supervisors and department heads informed of relevant events. Contributing to continuous improvement in area operations and proactively participating in continuous improvement management processes (5S, KAIZEN, TPM, EHS). Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with other company members. Availability for rotating shifts and willingness to work overtime to cover various leaves. Being aware of policies, procedures, and instructions related to the department, located within the Integrated Management System (SGI), so as to remain informed about health, environmental, and quality risks associated with their duties—and the necessary controls for risk reduction, elimination, or containment.
