We seek to welcome a proactive, organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our administrative team. **Job Summary:** You will serve as the first point of contact for co-owners and suppliers. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the buildings we manage—handling complaints, coordinating repairs, and assisting with general accounting and administrative tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries and complaints from condominium residents via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a courteous and solution-oriented manner. * **Maintenance Management:** Receive repair requests, coordinate visits with suppliers (plumbers, electricians, cleaning staff, etc.), and follow up until issues are resolved. * **Accounting Support:** Enter supplier invoices, monitor payments, manage collections, and assist in preparing documentation for monthly expense settlements. * **General Administrative Tasks:** File legal and accounting documents, draft building announcements, and keep owner and tenant databases up to date. **Requirements:** * **Experience (preferred):** **1 or 2** years in administrative roles, preferably in condominium management companies, real estate agencies, or related fields *(clarify whether mandatory or preferred)*. * **Computer Skills:** Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email. * **Management Systems:** Familiarity with condominium management systems (e.g., ConsorcioAbierto, Octopus, etc.) is a plus. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent oral and written communication, ability to work under pressure, empathy, patience in dealing with the public, and conflict resolution skills.
