Job Summary: We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to manage incidents in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, with experience in Windows and Linux systems and collaboration with global teams. In this opportunity, we are looking for a **Cloud Engineering Support** profile to manage and resolve incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), working with Windows and Linux instances and collaborating with global teams. **Job Responsibilities** --------------------- * Incident resolution and technical support to customers * Troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments * Monitoring of cloud infrastructure * Documentation of incidents and solutions * Collaboration with global teams **Requirements** -------------- * Cloud experience: AWS, Azure and/or GCP * Knowledge of Windows and Linux * Strong troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Technical support experience (preferred) **Additional Information** ------------------------- * Evening/night shift (13:00–22:00, 2 days per week) * On-call duty on weekends * Availability during holidays Growth Opportunities: We foster professional development and continuous growth through trainings, certifications, and challenging projects to advance your career.
