It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Key Activities and Responsibilities** =============================================== * Undergo in-depth training on business unit platforms and solutions to effectively identify, articulate, and communicate technical, clinical, administrative, and economic benefits—highlighting the positive impact of solutions on customers and the healthcare system. * Analyze and map the assigned territory to identify potential markets and key accounts; collect and analyze strategic market information; develop business studies and prepare periodic reports on market size, market share, opportunities, and competition. * Define and implement the commercial engagement strategy for the assigned territory, planning and executing visit and call schedules; lead negotiations with decision-makers at all levels—including senior leadership; and develop new business opportunities through marketing agencies, pharmaceutical events, and healthcare sector networks. * Comprehensively manage the commercial lifecycle of assigned accounts, providing continuous support and coordinating with internal support functions (Technical, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), ensuring end-to-end tracking of all sales process stages: quotation, purchase order issuance, planning, supply, delivery logistics, and invoicing. * Define and manage commercial terms and agreements with customers, ensuring business continuity and sustainability, supported by and aligned with relevant functional areas. * Develop and implement locally aligned pricing strategies consistent with global (WW) guidelines, preparing competitive and financially sound quotations through comparative analysis of products, solutions, and market offerings—ensuring alignment with local and global pricing strategy. * Manage short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategy using market intelligence and customer forecasts to consolidate business planning and control processes—including S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), SOF (Strategic Operations and Financials), ASR (Annual Strategy Review), and quarterly projections. * Record all commercial activities, opportunities, new accounts, and contacts daily and promptly in the CRM; maintain up-to-date internal shared tracking tools for the BU, ensuring traceability and appropriate information flow for decision-making. **Education and Prior Experience** ============================================ * Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in medical device or pharmaceutical companies. * Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related pharmaceutical-sector disciplines. * Ability to manage long sales-cycle opportunities. * Intermediate English: will participate in an English interview and must be able to present accounts, progress/projections/opportunities in English during business reviews. * Willingness and ability to travel. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
