**Biospan is a global private chef and nutritionist service for entrepreneurs and high performers.** We invented a new category called **BioCheffing** — combining nutrition data, lab testing, and functional health insights to deliver personalised organic meals, cooked in your home by our network of private chefs. You wake up with food in your fridge or have it served fresh — all tailored to your biology and made from the highest\-quality organic ingredients. This saves over 25 hours per week and helps you stay as healthy as humanly possible. **We're looking for a nutritionist/dietitian to support our customers and chefs in a customer\-facing operational role.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer onboarding:** guide new clients through our intake process and gather dietary preferences. * **Menu planning:** create bespoke, nutritionally balanced menus in collaboration with our chefs. * **Chef liaison:** check in with chefs, troubleshoot kitchen queries, and ensure menus are executed to standard. * **Customer support:** respond promptly to client questions and adjust programmes where needed. * **Programme transcription:** convert practitioner plans into clear, chef\-ready documents. * **Chef recruitment \& onboarding:** interview prospective chefs and help them integrate into Biospan's workflow. * **Supplier sourcing:** identify and vet regional food and supplement suppliers. * **Supplement ordering:** manage supplement orders and track deliveries for clients. **Requirements** * Degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. * Proven menu\-design experience and a background in chef or catering environments. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Personable, organised, and able to juggle multiple stakeholders calmly. * Technically proficient: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and remote\-collaboration tools. ### **What We Offer** * Fully remote role * Direct impact on a growing health\-tech company. * Supportive small team culture with the opportunity to grow your role * Opportunity to learn and work alongside practitioners **Compensation:** $1400 per month Full time role to start as soon as possible. **How to apply** Please fill out the application form
