We are seeking an experienced and driven **Program Manager, Operations** to join our fast\-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross\-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the **automotive or manufacturing industry**. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage complex, cross\-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. * Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes. * Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. * Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met. * Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. * Analyze data to inform decision\-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. * Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. * Advanced English level. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. * Demonstrated ability to lead large\-scale projects with cross\-functional teams in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the **automotive or manufacturing industry** is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools. * PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus. * Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project. **Please submit your resume in English.** \#LI\-Remote Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
