Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** The **Procurement Buyer – Services** role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of the services category at SOCO, ensuring the implementation of world-class sourcing processes, governance compliance, and business value generation. Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, leading spend analysis, category strategy definition, and execution of complex negotiations with key suppliers. This role has direct accountability for delivering productivity, optimizing cash flow, and securing supply, within a highly collaborative environment involving commercial and finance functions. **Your Impact** * Lead the sourcing strategy for the **General Services** category at SOCO, ensuring alignment with business priorities. * Manage an approximate spend portfolio of **USD 15MM**, leading negotiation processes with key suppliers. * Identify and execute productivity initiatives, cost optimization, and cash flow improvement. * Implement and ensure compliance with Procurement processes (sourcing, governance, compliance, and contracts). * Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Facilities, among others), acting as a strategic partner. * Lead end\-to\-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), ensuring competitiveness, transparency, and policy compliance. * Define and manage the supplier base model, ensuring service quality, coverage, and cost efficiency. * Implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices, including performance tracking and continuous improvement. * Ensure proper contractual formalization and legal compliance of contracted services. * Analyze spend and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For** **Experience & Knowledge:*** 3+ years of experience in Procurement, ideally in **general services** categories (facilities, cleaning, security, industrial services, etc.). * Experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management. * Knowledge of Procurement processes (sourcing, contracts, SRM, compliance). * Experience in spend analysis and generation of productivity initiatives. * Advanced-level Office suite proficiency (mandatory), Ariba (preferred), SAP (preferred), and Power BI (preferred). **Skills:*** Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities. * Effective stakeholder management in dynamic environments. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication skills. **Languages:*** Fluent Spanish. * Intermediate\-Advanced English (mandatory).
