Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Designing and building interactive visualizations focused on business insights. * Integrating LLMs and AI tools into production workflows: automated narrative generation, proactive anomaly detection, self-updating data storytelling. * Collaborating actively with other data teams to understand what data exists and which stories await telling. * Proposing and validating new ways to present metrics currently displayed in standard formats — challenging the dashboard status quo. * Conducting rapid prototyping to validate ideas with stakeholders before committing weeks of effort. * Acting as a technical reference and mentor for the Visualization team in the progressive adoption of AI. * Participating in defining quality standards for team visualizations: what constitutes a high-quality deliverable in the era of AI-powered Data Visualization. **Requirements:** * Hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Have over 4 years of experience in similar roles, data visualization, or data analytics positions with a strong visual and communication focus. * Possess solid proficiency in an advanced visualization tool such as D3\.js, Plotly, Observable, or similar. * Have experience integrating LLMs into workflows and the ability to read SQL, understand data structures, and independently locate data. * Maintain a portfolio of projects grounded in real business problems. * Demonstrate the ability to present and defend technical proposals to non-technical stakeholders and experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Ownership of your development within an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing alongside top professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything needed for you to have a great experience. :)
